Conference for Clerks and Governors

Event Date: Mar 10, 2011 10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

For the first time we are holding a joint conference for governors and clerks of governing bodies on Thursday 10th March 2011, at The Pavillion, Llandrindod Wells.

The conference aims to give governors and clerks time to reflect on the key role they play in school improvement and to share the latest information on school governance.

The Minister for Children, Education and Lifelong Learning; Leighton Andrews AM will deliver the keynote address and will also announce the winner of the Outstanding Clerk Award.

Workshop sessions will also be held.

Numbers are limited, so it is advisable to book as soon as possible, no later than Tuesday 1st March 2011.
