When are the minutes ratified for the 'AGM' of the governing body?

Governing bodies sometimes refer to their first meeting of the academic year as their 'AGM’, the main reason for this is that the election of officers that takes place. However, this meeting is a full governing body meeting and the minutes, therefore, must be ratified at the next full governing body meeting, not at the next 'AGM’ the following year.
