Headteachers are not required to pass any information to Governing Bodies for inclusion on pupil outcomes in prospectuses and Governors’ Annual Reports where the number of pupils eligible for assessment is fewer than five. This is to protect the confidentiality of the results of individual pupils in schools where there are a very small number of pupils eligible for assessment.
