Revised Guidance - Exclusion from Schools and Pupil Referral Units
This guidance provides guidance on exclusions and appeal procedures from both mainstream schools and Pupil Referral Units and steps to take to maintain the education of excluded pupils.
This guidance replaces Circular 1(A)/2004.
