If you have received a complaint and unsure of how to deal with it, call our confidential Helpline (0845 60 20 100) for some advice. Too busy in work? Don’t panic… try our ‘out-of-office’ helpline and call at a time that suits you!
The helpline is available from 9.00am to 8.00pm during weekdays. All calls to the helpline are charged at local rate and a bilingual service is available.
