Complaints Procedure

A complaints procedure “is a way of ensuring that anyone with an interest in the school can raise a concern, with confidence that it will be considered appropriately and heard and, if upheld, that the matter will be addressed appropriately and without delay”.

We receive many calls on the helpline regarding complaints procedures in schools; how to deal with a complaint, timescales, complaints about governors etc. We are working on a bank of FAQs to help you with this process via the following link
