Lots of important information about working together using good ranges of skills. The governing body reflects the needs of the community, school, Local Authority and Welsh Government. I have been on previous training courses, however it is important to refresh your memory. I have read online all about the challenges and how the governing body should be able to question the Head but also give support when needed. I think governors should visit the school and see for themselves the quality of the teaching staff and hear about any issues that may arise.
